The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the Bugis MRT station. The room had a cozy interior design which made it comfortable. Air conditioning kept it cool. Watching YouTube on the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. However, the bathroom flooded a bit after showers, which isn't ideal. I also found the cups placed too high, and the stirrer spoon provided needed a good wash before using it. The lobby felt neglected compared to the rooms, which was disappointing.

D'Nova Hotel Bugis felt cozy despite the small room. The bed was super comfy with nice linens, and the cafe staff Regine and Visa really went out of their way to serve up a delicious breakfast. However, the toilet area could use better drainage.

My stay at D'Nova Hotel Bugis was delightful! The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the Bugis MRT station. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helped with all my needs. The room, though small, had everything necessary for comfort.
